Three years ago I joined the Bodyworks Australia boot campers, and I have not looked back since. Danielle (as well as calling her my friend) is a consummate professional. She encourages, supports and constantly challenges me in my fitness goals, and coupled with her expert advice on the keys to healthy eating, keeps me on the path to becoming “the best version of me” I can be.  Becoming a part of the Bodyworks Australia tribe is one of the best things I’ve ever done!

I have been with Danielle for 2 and a half years for PT sessions as well as attending classes at World Gym that she instructs. She is not only a great PT but an all round mentor who assists with nutrition and any other information that you need.  She is always on call to provide direction. I have also been attending her boot camps of a Saturday morning for the past 2 years and her variety is amazing as I have not yet done the same one twice. Danielle is not only an amazing PT but now a really great friend who shows support in all avenues of life. Sign up with her you will not regret it.

Bodyworks outdoor group fitness sessions are always different – no two are ever the same! You can work at your own pace and intensity, regardless of the level of fitness of others in the group. There are options for everyone to tailor the difficulty of your own workout and different muscle groups are targeted at different times to provide a full body challenge. The groups are small, allowing easy interaction and provide plenty of opportunity for guidance and correction so less chance to wind up injured from poor technique. There is no judgement – everyone has different goals but we are all there for the same reasons – to increase strength and fitness while enjoying a friendly and positive group environment. As close to a private personal training session as you will get without the high price tag.

I have been training with Danielle for the past 6 months and I have never looked back.

I recently completed the Berlin Marathon and I know that I wouldn't have achieved the high level of fitness and strength had it not been for the personal attention given throughout my training sessions. My strength and fitness quickly improved over a very short time.

Danielle will tailor each workout for you. Her knowledge is exceptional, and her tips on nutrition are fantastic and easy to follow.

I'm fairly new to Danielle's Bootcamp sessions but they are fantastic, I have been given lots of encouragement over the past few weeks and look forward to many more, give it a go you won't regret it, thank you Dani.

Danielle is a realistic, sensible & knowledgeable fitness coach in both exercise & diet advice. Her PT sessions are always fun but beneficial.  It's even better that I can share the 30 minute session with a friend!! Monday night  Metafit sessions run by Danielle are my favourite! The short blast of exertion plus the added benefit of Danielle’s encouragement will sure get you fit fast. If you're looking for a supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging & realistic trainer, you need Danielle!!
